Richmond Asare is a fourth year student of University Of Ghana
offering History And Archaeology .He was born on the 1st of November
1993 at Agona -Bepoah by the Late Francis Kwadwo Asare Of Akyem Oda
Anyenam and Mrs Joyce Kumah of Agona Bepoah .

Tinkaro as he is populary refered to on University Of Ghana Campus
began his education at Gospel International School which is located at
Agona in the Afigya Sekyere District of the Ashanti Region from 1995
to 2005 and later  moved to settle at Meduma in the Kwabre East
Constituency In the Ashanti Region and Continued his education at
Victory Educational Complex at Ahwiaa Oversees from 2005 to 2008 .


He Completed Victory Educational Complex  in 2008 and went to Nkawie
Senior High School to Continue his Senior High School from 2008 to
2012. He studied General Arts, particulary Studying Government,
Geography, Economic and Elective Mathematics and was adjourned the
best Government Students for his 2012 year group at Nkawie Senior High
School .


Richmond Asare Tinkaro Completed Nkawie  Senior High School On May 16
2012 and got admission into University Of Ghana in October 10th 2012
the same year to offer History, Archaeology and Theatre Arts.

 In University Of Ghana he became the Course Representation for his
History Class of Over 500 students and Continued to be their
Representive till his fourth year when he handed over to a different
student .

In level 100 as a student ,he fought and advocated for the
Organization of the first ever Democratic Election In Dr Hilla Limann
Hall along with the Current his brother, friend and Current  SRC
President of UNIVERSITY Of Ghana (2015/2016), Davis Ohene Fobi with
which they were nearly sacked from the Hall over series of radical
articles they wrote against the Hall Managements and Junior Common
Room.

He was the Campaign Manager Of Davis Ohene Fobi in the Historic and
keenly Contested UG SRC 2015 elections.

He Became a member Of the Minority Caucas Of University Of Ghana and
Consequently becoming a Member Of Publication Committee Of UGPH.

He is a vibrant and outspoken member of knesset of Dr Hilla Limann
Hall and has been a member from 2013 to date (2015) .

Tinkaro is also a Member Of the General Assembly Of University Of
Ghana and has been a member as well of the Highest Decision Making
Body of the University from 2013 to date (2015)

He is Currently Member Of the Board Of Trustees Of the LEGON SRC on
the Five (5) year  Strategic Plan  Implementation (2015/ 2016 )

He is also a member of the History Students Association Of UNIVERSITY
Of Ghana and National Commission Of Civic Education Respectively.
Currently (2015)  .

Tinkaro Richmond Asare  is the Director of the External Affairs of
UNIVERSITY Of Ghana Students Representative Council.(2015/2016)

He is the Chairman of the Internationalization Plan Of the Students
Council as well. (2015/2016)

He is also the Local National Union Of Ghana Students President for
University Of Ghana (2015/2016)

 Tinkaro happens to be the Local University Students Association Of
Ghana President for University Of Ghana (2015/2016)

He is Currently the Chairman Of Steering Committee (that is President
of all Local NUGS Presidents In Ghana)  Of The National Union Of Ghana
Students (2015/2016)


He is a Member Of Central Committee Of NUGS and a Member Of Senate Of
University Students Association Of Ghana (2015/2016 )
